Brady evidence is material that the prosecutor is required to disclose under this rule which includes any information favorable to the accused that may reduce the potential sentence, go against the credibility of an unfavorable witness, or otherwise allow a jury to infer against the accused’s guilt

Dr Oppenheimer is a Jewish Secular scientist who led the project of atomic bomb in Manhattan Project for the US. In the middle of the project, he contemplated, as realising the US government would use the bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. After completing the project and becoming a prominent scientist, Oppenheimer was investigated by the US and confirmed that his brother was part of the Communist Party that was linked to efforts to topple down the US and harboured double agents for Russia. Subsequently he was stripped of his scientist title and political influence.
